Get in Touch
Every great partnership begins with a single conversation. We'd love to hear about your goals.
We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call with a senior practitioner to explore how Clarendon can support you. There is no obligation, and we welcome conversations with both individuals and organisations at any stage of their journey.

Most coaching engagements run between three and twelve months, depending on your goals and circumstances. A typical executive coaching programme comprises six to twelve sessions of 60–90 minutes, held fortnightly or monthly. We begin every engagement with a discovery call and a tailored proposal, so the structure always reflects what you actually need — rather than an off-the-shelf package.
We work proudly with both. Approximately half of our clients are professionals who engage us privately — executives, managers, and individuals at career crossroads who fund their own development. The remainder are organisations who retain us to work across their teams. Whether you're a sole individual or a FTSE 100 firm, you receive the same calibre of practitioner and the same rigorous approach.
Absolutely. We have offered remote coaching via video call since 2016 and have found it every bit as effective as in-person work when conducted thoughtfully. Many of our clients prefer the flexibility of remote sessions, particularly those with demanding travel schedules. We use a secure, dedicated platform and can also combine face-to-face sessions with remote ones to suit your preferences.
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session at no charge. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are charged at 50% of the session fee, and those cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or not attended are charged in full. We understand that circumstances can change, and in genuinely exceptional situations we are always willing to have a sensible conversation.
